What we do is our mission
We support people and organizations towards success andwell-being scientifically, thanks to a neuroscience-based approach.
Neurosciences are now internationally recognized as the new paradigm of leadership development. Knowing the mechanisms that regulate our brain helps people manage complexity, stress and generate energy to make change possible.
To overcome future challenges, we need a new mindset and true agility, starting from our brain. With a series of simple brain-friendly tools and strategies, we build programs for organizations aimed at realizing development and change.
We work in an agile and lean way
Our working methodology focuses on shifting business indicators, synchronizing improvements in business and teams.
The stages of our paths:- The challenge of change: together with the client, we select performance indicators to be improved and the goals we want to achieve. Through a brief assessment, we map the critical areas on which to intervene to accomplish the objectives
- Implementation plan: we use brain-friendly methodologies to train our brain to change habits and behaviors. We alternate workshops (in the presence or remotely), and on-field neuro-coaching to ensure a quick transfer on the job
- Monitoring: we measure progress through performance indicators, ensuring results sustainability over time
ABOUT US
We are two professionals who have been involved in leadership development, coaching, and change management for over 20 years. Today, thanks to the most recent discoveries in neuroscience, we turn complex science into pragmatic deployment to develop leadership and manage change.
We are two colleagues and together we have decided to combine our experiences towards one goal: bring a new mindset to companies to foster people and the organization’s development.
We are curious and passionate, both at work and in life.

FEDERICA FILIPPINO
I deal with organizational development to support the business as a consultant and coach (PCC ICF).
After a long experience as a Business Unit Director in multinational companies, I continued my career as a Leadership senior consultant and coach. In 2015, I developed my interest in Neuroscience and in 2019 I obtained the Advanced Diploma in Neuroscience of Leadership in Australia.
I enjoy traveling and in every moment of my journeys, I feel enthusiasm and curiosity for the discovery.
SUSANNA ALPINO
I deal with organizational development through leadership, which for me means becoming directors of yourself.
After a long experience as HR Manager in different companies, I continued to accompany people and organizations in the development of new mindsets, as a consultant and coach (PCC ICF).
In 2019 I obtained the Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership in Australia. People are my greatest passion and, together with nature, they are what drives and inspires me, in my work and my life.
