This program aims to provide managers with the tools to become effective Mentors.
Specifically, Mentors will learn how to:
- learn how to create safe environments for the brain, in which people feel confident in giving their contribution
- adopt brain-friendly tools and strategies to develop the key competencies of newly appointed leaders (Mentees) through a structured process
- train the Mentees on the job and accompany them during their developmental journey.
